If you're not fully satisfied, you may return your purchase for replacement or refund within 60 days of purchase.
How to process a return
🪪 Step 1 — Open Your Order Page

Find your order confirmation email.

Click the “View your order” button to open your order status page.
(Tip: Can’t find it? Search your inbox for “Water-to-Go order.”)
🔁 Step 2 — Request a Return

On your order page, click “Request a return.”

Choose the item(s) you’d like to return and select a reason.
📩 Step 3 — Wait for Approval

Once your request is submitted, our team will review it.

You’ll receive an email confirming your request and, once approved, a return shipping label with instructions.
📦 Step 4 — Pack & Ship

Print the label and attach it to your original packaging.

Drop your return off at the carrier listed on the label.

Keep your tracking number until your return is processed.
💰 Step 5 — Receive Your Refund

As soon as we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method.

You’ll get an email confirmation when your refund is complete.
