We stand by what we sell

If you're not fully satisfied, you may return your purchase for replacement or refund within 60 days of purchase.

How to process a return

🪪 Step 1 — Open Your Order Page

  • Find your order confirmation email.

  • Click the “View your order” button to open your order status page.
    (Tip: Can’t find it? Search your inbox for “Water-to-Go order.”)

🔁 Step 2 — Request a Return

  • On your order page, click “Request a return.”

  • Choose the item(s) you’d like to return and select a reason.

📩 Step 3 — Wait for Approval

  • Once your request is submitted, our team will review it.

  • You’ll receive an email confirming your request and, once approved, a return shipping label with instructions.

📦 Step 4 — Pack & Ship

  • Print the label and attach it to your original packaging.

  • Drop your return off at the carrier listed on the label.

  • Keep your tracking number until your return is processed.

💰 Step 5 — Receive Your Refund

    • As soon as we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method.

    • You’ll get an email confirmation when your refund is complete.
